Meet The Team

Benefits Consultant

Erin P. Collins

Erin Collins is ECA’s founder and President. Erin has nearly thirty years of experience designing, managing and consulting on employee benefit plans for employers large and small. Erin previously held senior Personnel, Human Resources and Risk Management positions in city, county and community college settings. He holds a BA in History, a BS in Secondary Education and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Idaho.

Jaime Schulenberg
Senior Account Manager

Jaime Schulenberg joined Erin P. Collins & Associates Inc. as a Licensed Account Manager in 2008. She carries her Associate in Risk Management and brings over 25 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field with 13+ years dedicated to public sector Human Resources and Risk Management. Jaime has also served on the Board of Directors for the United Way, with 6 years as the Chairperson.

Stephanie Moore

Stephanie Moore
Account Manager

Joining the ECA team as an Account Manager in 2015, Stephanie Moore brings a career background in Human Resources and Risk Management; life, health, property and casualty insurance to the team. Relocating to the United States from Canada, Stephanie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University San Bernardino. An outdoor living and target shooting enthusiast, Stephanie believes that the best service to provide clients is through patience, listening and kindness.

Amanda Weaver
Group Benefits Specialist

Amanda Weaver has worked with the staff at ECA since 2009, having moved to Arizona from Wyoming in 2007. She carries both her Life and Health Insurance licenses and has a background in the financial/banking sector. The laughter from her family inspires her calm demeanor within the office while her industry knowledge and attention to detail continues to prove invaluable for our clients.

Group Benefits Specialist

Robert joined the ECA team in 2016 as a Group Benefits Specialist. Having relocated to Arizona from Illinois in 2013, Bob spent the prior 19 years in the Financial/Banking Industry within various capacities, including Employee Development Specialist in Human Resources, Personal Banker and Branch Manager on the Retail Side of Banking. With a BA in Business Administration/Management and licensed in both life and health insurance, Bob is a true resource to ECA and our clients. His personal philosophy is to live without regret, improve from your mistakes and live each and every day to the fullest.

Susan Betz

Client Financial Services Manager

Susan Betz joined the ECA team in 2015, taking on the role of Client Financial Services Manager. Her background of over twenty years as a Controller and/or Accounting Manager in the manufacturing industry is a true asset to the ECA team. Susan has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Her personal philosophy is to strive to be thorough, accurate, and timely; all with a smile.

Administrative/Accounting Assistant

Jenise Dimmick joined ECA as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant in late 2016. With over 11 years as an Accounting/HR trainer, Jenise brings a financial and human resource background to the team. Her mission is to live a life of honesty and integrity and to never lose sight of what is important to make a difference.

Jacquelyn Ikonomov

Worksite Wellness Consultant

Jacquelyn Ikonomov joined Erin P. Collins & Associates Inc. in 2016 with accolades that include the Emerging Volunteer Award 2011, filling a chair position in the health honoree, Eta Sigma Gamma, and an internship in Sweden, at Linnaeus University. She holds a BS in Community Health Education, and minor in Nutrition from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Every day, Jacquelyn’s mission is to lead by example as an energetic motivator to guide people toward a better quality of life.

Melissa Jenson

Senior Wellness Consultant

Melissa “Missy” Jenson joined the ECA team in 2016 after relocating from Wisconsin. Holding a BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a MS in Health Education from Kaplan University along with certificates that include Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager from the National Wellness Institute and WELCOA (Wellness Council of America) Faculty status; Missy brings significant levels of expertise to the ECA Wellness team. Dealing regularly with sensitive health and wellness issues, Missy believes in empathy for all types of unique situations knowing that you never know what life has dealt those that are seeking guidance..

Megan Wolford
Worksite Wellness Consultant

Megan Wolford joined ECA in 2017. Originally from Wisconsin, Megan holds a BS in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She strongly believes in protecting and improving the health of individuals, families and communities through education and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.

Jayme joined the ECA team in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Dietetics from Arizona State University in 2017. Jayme is persistent in her pursuit of helping others achieve their optimal health and well-being. She is passionate about living a positive and balanced lifestyle and is excited to share her knowledge
